I finished this adorable knitted kitty for Vaughan. It took a little more than a month and a half of me working on it sporadically, but I finally had time to finish it up today. Vaughan has decided to name him Stripes. I used the “Kate” pattern from Knitty.com.

We had some fantastic weather this week! We played out in the backyard for a while the other day and I got a few cute pictures. Even the cats enjoyed themselves and spent their time soaking up some sun and munching on some grass.

Just can’t get enough!

Of course, when she gets older and wants to wear jeans and t-shirts like I did (and still do)…I will have no problem with that either!

We finally got hit with some major snow! Fortunately, it came on a weekend, so we didn’t have to go anywhere all day. Rick had to shovel a few times and he also took Vaughan out for a little while to play. The official snowfall total for Cheyenne was about 11 inches, but Rick measured 16 inches on our patio table in the backyard.

Vaughan just cracks me up! He is so sweet with Rheya and he loves to play with her. Here are a few pictures of him standing up on a stool so he can see her in her bassinette and show her some toys. He even made her smile a few times!
