I’m insane and decided to take on another class reunion planning adventure. (Why do I do this to myself?) It was stressful, discouraging, and challenging at every turn, but I knew the people that attended would be glad to be there and I knew it would be a good time. I was right! It was so good to see everyone and catch up. I took on the picture taking responsibility as well, so I felt like I didn’t have quite as much time to talk as I might have liked, but I did get a chance to move around the room a lot as I was snapping photos of everyone. Will I plan the 30th reunion? I’m still on the fence about that. Ask me in 2020!
For this reunion, we had an Ice Breaker Party at Little America, a Family Picnic/BBQ at Holliday Park, and a Dinner/Dance at Little America. I think my favorite event was the picnic because it was so great to see all those kids running around and playing with each other. It was one of those moments that makes you say, “Whoa! Just a small-ish group of students from CHS Class of 1992 produced ALL these kids!”
I had a lot of fun, and I totally appreciate all the help I got from various classmates AND from Rick! Here are a few shots of the decorations I did all by myself and a few shots where I managed to hand over the camera to someone else.
